Treasurer’s Report

Balance $7838.  After donations, TOSRV-W was close to breaking even for 2006.

Old Business

Elise Crull was elected Treasurer.  What will Julie do with all her spare time?

President slot is still vacant and will be advertised in newsletter.

Treats:

Wayne I provided tasty cookies and Lech brought fruit juices left over from Chistmas party.

TOSRV-W

Lech reported on meeting with Greg Siple.  Four color poster and brochure are in planning with Greg collaborating with Marge Fullmer on design and computer art generation.  Mid February is target date for distribution of brochures.

A return to a T shirt was discussed.  Lech described the quick dry shirt material available but cautioned it would be an increase in cost. 

Donna Elliott offered to help coordinate printing through Gateway Printing.

Lech will ask Shaun to secure Miller hall for registration and lodging.

Lech will meet with Wayne II to coordinate advertising for regional flyers, magazines, bike clubs and shops.

Wayne I and Shirley Braxton are working on Ride List.

Sponsorship was discussed.  A special meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at 6:00pm, Adventure Cycling Meeting Room  to set parameters and goals.  All are invited and suggestions are welcome.
