Wayne I called the
meeting to order at 7 pm.
There were no
previous minutes.
Treasurer: Wayne I reported that our
account has a balance of $9854.63
Old Business:
Wayne I reported that only two folks showed up for the July
picnic
New Business: Lech
moved and Tom seconded motion that MOB contribute the following amounts to those
who helped with TOSRVO:
$500 to
Potomac 4-H Club
$250 to
Big Fork School
$500 to
Seeley Lake Senior Citizen
Motion
carried
Lech moved and Wayne
II seconded motion that MOB contribute $400 to Missoula Institute for
Sustainable Transportation ( MIST). Motion carried
New Business:
There was no formal new business, so the members discussed the future of the
club and TOSRVO, particularly what we needed to do to draw more members and
riders. The group agreed that the September meeting should focus upon
further discusssion and development of action plans to revitalize the club and
TOSRVO.
NEXT MEETING:
BE THERE: Tuesday, 12, September, 2006 at Adventure
Cycling
At the
next meeting we shall discuss and develop action plans for rejuvenating the club
and TOSRVO. We also shall nominate officers for election at the
October meeting. Don't be shy...if you have interest come to our next
meeting and consider running for office. We need some new
blood!
Adjournment:
The bell rang at 8pm and the 5 intrepid guys decided to call it
quits.
