July 

Blue Cruise Coeur D'Alene - Saturday, July 10.  62.5, 35, or 15 miles rides through Northern Idaho, hosted by Blue Cross of Idaho with proceeds for the North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation.  For information vist the Blue Cruise Coeur d'Alene website.

One Helena Hundred - Saturday, July 17. Cycle a standard century (100 miles) or a metric century (100 kilometers) along the Missouri River from Cascade to Wolf Creek and back with an additional loop to Ulm for the standard century.  Helena Bicycle Club

Blazing Saddles IX - Saturday, July 17. Bike the Bridgers for kids with cancer, Livingston, MT. www.payden.org.

Tour of the Bitteroot - Saturday, July 17.  This benefit for the Bitter Root Land Trust includes  the 46 mile non-competitive Skalkaho Mountain Tour, the 14 mile Old Darby Road Family Tour and the Kids Dirt Road Derby. 
 

August

The 3 Rivers Century - Saturday, August 21. Since we offer a Full, Metric, and a One Third Century (about 32 miles), there is a distance for everyone. A good part of the ride passes through our beautiful agricultural area with rolling hills, and eventually stops for lunch where the three rivers meet, in Headwaters State Park. Park-2-Park Montana 2010 - Mon-Fri, September 6-10 - Ride Glacier Park to Yellowstone Park on 400-mile supported bike event. The fifth annual ride costs $495 for registration covering meals, and lodging along the route. Riders are expected to raise at least $300 for CASA of Montana. (CASA of Missoula is part of the CASA network and receives funding from the ride) Riders raising at least $800 receive a custom jersey.  More information at http://www.park2parkmontana.org/or 866 863 2272.

Tour de Cure Montana 2010 - Saturday,  September 11. The American Diabetes Association hosts the inspiring Tour de Cure 2010 Montana bike ride at the Missouri Headwaters State Park near Three Forks, MT. Choose from a 6-mile family fun ride or 23-, 56-, and 100-mile routes. Featuring full-service rest stops and a celebration at the finish line, support services for Montanans with diabetes and pedal for a cure. If you have diabetes, become a Red Rider! Cycle for the Symphony - C4S - Saturday, September18 - The Missoula Symphony Association and the Missoula Symphony Guild are jointly hosting the first annual Cycle for the Symphony, C4S, bicycle ride to raise awareness and funds.  The C4S ride is a 112 ride beginning and ending in Philipsburg after traveling the Flint Creek Ramble.  The C4S ride will include a breakfast, lunch, and energy stop, as well as a finale BBQ.  For more information, go to www.missoulasymphony.org and click on the "News & Information" tab.

The 34th Annual Western Montana Hill Climb Championships - Sunday, October 3. You are invited to take part in what is Montana's oldest annual competitive cycling event. The Hill Climb traditionally closes Montana's bicycling racing season, but it is designed for the casual as well as the competitive rider. Riders of all abilities have participated in the Hill Climb and have ranged in age from 7 to 75.  There are eight age categories each for men and women plus categories for tandem, recumbent, high wheel, tricycle, unicycle and handcycle. The four-mile climb rises 840 feet up Pattee Canyon Drive.  Missoula Bicycle Club.
