There are now two ways to sign-up for TOSRV-West. You can download the entry form below, fill it out and mail it back with a check or you can sign up on-line with a credit card.

Important Info for Online Sign-up
On the Sign-up Page, you will be asked for additional information. It is important you fill out all these boxes.
* The cost of the 2-day event is $105. You must be a member to participate, so choose the correct option.
* Emergency Contact - fill out the name and complete phone number of a person we should contact in case of emergency
* Choose which TOSRV ride you plan on doing. TOSRV-Potomac (85 miles each day, starting in Potomac) or TOSRV-Classic (110 miles each day, starting in Missoula)
*Acceptance of Liability Waiver. By selecting "YES, I accept waiver" on the form, you are accepting the Liability Waiver on the next page.
